We can advise and appear in at all stages of Development applications. This includes initial feasibilities - development applications and appeals to the Land & Environment Court of NSW. Our Principal has appeared in various classes of the Land and Environment Court including on Merit appeals from refusal of Council of Development Applications; Compulsory Aquisition appeals (Just Terms Compensation); Civil Enforcement (Class 4); Criminal Enforcement (Class 5); as well as advising a Major Sydney Aboriginal Land Council in respect to Aboriginal Land Rights Claims. Accordingly, we are well equipped to advise on and conduct all aspect of Development and Planning matters.
In addition, we appear and advise on Building and Construction disputes including appearances in NCAT and the District Court of NSW.
