Not only will we draft your Will we will consider the possible dangers in any challenge - after all we are litigation lawyers with experience in disputed wills throughout Australia and we are in an excellent position to properly consider your Will. We dont simply cut and paste or mail merge standard wills, we will sit down with you and take your instructions.
At the end of it all we will hold your will in our walk in safe, so you have absolute peace of mind that not only is your Will physically safe it is legally safe.
The above is conditional upon both services, that is, preparation and retention of your Will in our safe custody.
